Why Technocrats Domain Inc Training:

	Training is oriented with at least 10 practical labs
	Installation of the software will be done as part of the training
	Material and Lab Solutions would be provided 2 days ahead of the training
	All TCD tools are provided as part of the training services
	14 day email support will be provided after the training
	At least 5 references would be provided

Before Training:

TCD would initiate a call with the customer to understand

	Class Students background
	Objective of the students – support, development, administration
	Understand the exact version and fix-pack of the Software/DB
	Software Installation for the Training room (TCD does not own any software/material of any vendor)
	Pre-Requisites

After Training:

TCD would initiate a call with the customer primary point of contact

	To see if the objectives were met (would be done on the second and last day of the training)
