Technocrats has been providing Strategic Development and Support Services over the last 15 years as part of our Consulting and production support model. TCD will cover the entire life-cycle from Project Scoping (with Customer), Project Management, Hardware and Software Specifications, Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis (Existing Projects), Onshore Architect, Resource Modelling (Onshore, Offshore – Development, QA, Deployment), Production Support.
TCD Approach:
- Partner with the Client for successful implementation and prod support.
- Putting right Process, People and Tools in place.
- Keep tight control on the cost with limited Domestic Presence (Customer Location), Offsite (Architect, Technical SME) and Offshore Presence (majority of the Development and QA).
- Move some of the development team to Production support (Mix of Customer and TCD or TCD or TCD Provides KT to customer).

Customer and TCD work on certifying the project. Run use cases and fix any identified defects.
